On 3/25/15, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Steven E. Touchton (125 Timber Ridge Rd., 47 years old) charging him with (4cts) identity theft and theft over $500.
On 3/7/15, a victim reported his wallet stolen from a locker at 200 Med Tech Parkway. On the same day, 4 charges were made to a credit/debit card at Wal-Mart, 3111 Browns Mill Rd. Video surveillance was obtained showing the transactions and Touchton was developed as a suspect.
On 3/25/15, Touchton was taken into custody and transported the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of a $45,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 9:00 a.m. on 3/25/15 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
