On 03/23/15, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Thomas E. Elliott 28 yr. old male, 502 Steele Street, Johnson City, TN 37601.
The arrest stems from an investigation into a report that on 03/10/2015, officers (s) responded to a report of a motorcycle theft at 1804 Parkwood Ln. The victim advised police that he arrived at the residence to find that his motorcycle, a white and black 2003 Honda Motorcycle, had been stolen. Late the same date, the stolen motorcycle was found at 502 Steele Street, Johnson City in the possession of Thomas Elliott.
Thomas Elliott is charged with Theft of Property over $1,000.00, a violation of T.C.A. 39-14-103. He is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Facility on a $10,000.00 bond and is scheduled to appear in Washington County Session Court on 03/24/14 at 1:30 PM.
