On 03/21/2015, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Jonathan Eubanks (588 Matson Rd. apt 23; 27 years old) and charged him with Aggravated Assault and Criminal Impersonation.
At approximately 12:53 a.m., officers responded to 588 Matson Rd. apt. 23 in reference to a domestic disturbance. The victim advised that Jonathan Eubanks had threatened to shoot her with his handgun after a brief argument. When police made contact with Jonathan Eubanks he displayed a badge and identified himself as a government agent, yet made statements leading officers to believe that his is not currently employed by a government agency. A loaded 9mm handgun was located on Jonathan Eubanks’ person. Eubanks was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $51,000 bond. His arraignment is set for 3/23/2015 at 1:30 p. m. in Washington County’s General Session Court.
