On 03/09/15 at 13:00 hours officers of the Johnson City Police Department responded to 826 Pardee Street in response to a burglary in progress. Investigation revealed that a suspect unlawfully entered the residence through a back window and, subsequently, assaulted a resident there. A warrant was issued which led to the arrest of James A Boothe, 970 Ford Creek Road Gray Tn. He is charged with Aggravated Burglary and Aggravated Assault. The defendant was placed in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $ 30,000.00 bond with an arraignment hearing set for 03/12/15 at 09:00 hours in Washington County Sessions Court.
