On 12/27/14, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Margaret A. Hull (1185 W. Mountain View Rd., Apt. 1421, Johnson City, TN 37604; 46 years old) and charged her with one count of Aggravated Assault.
Officers responded to Hull’s residence in reference to a domestic disturbance. According to the victim, Hull began destroying items in the apartment during an argument over another family member. During the argument, Hull grabbed a knife from the kitchen and went after the victim, who locked himself in a room. The victim suffered minor injuries from the assault, but none of the injuries were caused by the knife. As a result, Hull was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where she is being held in lieu of a $20,000 bond. Her arraignment hearing is set for 01:30 p.m. on 12/19/14 in Washington County’s General Sessions Court.
