On 12/12/2014 at approximately 1:45 p.m., officer of the Johnson City Police Department responded to a Prescription Fraud at Walgreens on 2240 North Roan St. The defendant, Tina L. Zastudill changed the quantity of suboxone pills she was supposed to receive on her prescription paper. The Defendant also changed the number from an “11” to “18”. Defendant altered the quantity amount on the prescription paper in numerical and expanded form. Tina L Zastudil, 25 years of age, 2705 McKinley Rd, Lot# 9 of Johnson City, TN 37604 was charged with Obtain Drugs Falsely. The defendant was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where she will be held on a $5,000 bond. An arraignment is set for 12/15/2014 at 1:30 p.m. in Washington County Session Court.
