On 10/22/14, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Teressa Lee Foster (228 Forest View Drive, Jonesborough, 50 years old) charging her with aggravated burglary and theft over $500.00.
The arrest comes as a result of an investigation into a residential burglary on W. Lakeview Dr. that occurred on 11/25/13. Foster knew the victim and went to visit her. The victim thought Foster had left her home, when she had actually hid in the victim’s basement. After the victim left, Foster emerged and removed a large quantity of change before leaving the victim’s home.
On 10/22/14, Foster was located and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where she is currently being held in lieu of a $21,000 bond. Arraignment was set for 1:30 p.m. on 10/23/14 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
