On 07/23/14, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Matthew K. Young, 37 yr. old male, 137 Bart Green Rd, Johnson City TN 37604.
The arrest stems from an investigation into a report that while Young was staying with relatives, he stole numerous pieces of jewelry and other items from the residence.
Matthew Young is charged with Theft of Property over $10.000.00, a violation of T.C.A. 39-14-103. He is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Facility on a $10,000.00 bond and is scheduled to appear in Washington County Session Court on 07/24/14 at 1:30 PM
