On Sunday, July 20, 2014, at approximately 0900 hours, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Mr. Kyle L Kampman, DOB 2/19/1987, of 633 Barnett Dr. Apt 323, Kingsport, TN, on charges of Aggravated Burglary. Officers responded to a possible domestic situation at 185 Boone Dr. where Mr. Kampman had broken a glass door and entered a residence. He was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with an arraignment set for Monday, July 21, 2014 at 1:30 pm in the Washington County General Sessions Court.
