On 12/9/20, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Jack Jefson (134 Cedar Point Rd, Johnson City, Tennessee 48 years old) and charged him with auto burglary and theft over $2,500.
The arrest came as a result of an investigation into an auto burglary that occurred at 3111 Browns Mill Rd on the afternoon of 11/11/20; where the victim had a sleep monitor stolen from his car. The sleep monitor was valued at around $3,500. During the course of the investigation, Jefson was determined to be the perpetrator of this theft.
Jefson was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $2,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 12/10/20 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
