On 12/04/2020, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Paul Lubin (184 Lynn Rd. 50 years old) and charged him with Aggravated Assault. On 11/19/20, officers were called to the area of the railroad tracks between the old K-Mart building on S. Roan St. and LPI on Twin Oaks Dr. for an assault. At that time, officers found a male that had been assaulted and suffered significant injury. He was able to describe the individuals that had assaulted him and Mr. Lubin was developed as a suspect. A warrant was obtained for Mr. Lubin and officers located him at a residence on Lynn Rd. on 12/4/2020 and placed him in to custody for the assault. Mr. Paul Lubin was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held on a $2500 bond. Arraignment is set for Monday, December 7, 2020, in Washington County General Sessions Court.
