On 12/01/20, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested a female juvenile and charged her with Aggravated Domestic Assault.
At approximately 10:10 p.m., Officers were dispatched to 512 Swadley Rd. in reference to a domestic disturbance. When officers arrived they made contact with the complainant and victim. During the investigation, both subjects stated that the suspect assaulted the victim by choking and biting him. The suspect was arrested and transported to the Juvenile Detention Center without incident.
A hearing in Johnson City Juvenile Court will be set for a later date.
