On 11/14/2020, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Logan McDavid (1145 Midland Dr, Kingsport, TN, 26) and charged him with Aggravated Assault Domestic.
At approximately 7:45 am officers responded to 133 Boone Ridge Dr in reference to a trespass investigation. During the investigation, officers learned that on October 31, 2020, McDavid argued with his ex-girlfriend at her apartment. During the altercation, the victim was punched in the head, knocking her unconscious. She was later treated for a concussion at a local hospital.
McDavid turned himself in at the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $6,000 bond. McDavid has a preliminary court appearance scheduled for 11/16/20 at 1:30 pm in Washington County Sessions Court.
