On 11/05/2020, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Patsy J. Buck (1116 East Lakeview Drive, Johnson City; 43 years old) and charged her with Possession with Intent to Sell Methamphetamine, Possession without a Prescription, and Simple Possession of Marijuana. Officers also arrested Jonelle O’Brien (1818 West Lakeview Drive, Johnson City; 20 years old) and charged her with Possession of Stolen Property (Over $1,000) and Simple Possession of Marijuana.
At approximately 12:00 am, officers located a stolen white Chevrolet Trailblazer at the Roadrunner Market at 607 Twin Oaks Drive. During a search of Patsy J. Buck, officers located several individually packaged baggies of methamphetamine, baggies of marijuana, and a baggie of Suboxone. Several other items were located indicative of the sale of illegal narcotics on Buck and in her property. During the investigation it was determined that Jonelle O’Brien was the possessor of the stolen vehicle at the time. During a personal search of O’Brien, a small amount of marijuana was found.
Both are currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center. Patsy J. Buck is being held in lieu of a $12,000 bond. Jonelle O’Brien is being held in lieu of a $6,000 bond. Their arraignments are set for 11/05/2020 at 1:30 p.m. in Washington County’s General Sessions Court.
