On 06/09/2020, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Ivory Steppe-Good, 1605 Seminole Dr, 37 years old, and charged her with burglary.
At 08:20 p.m., officers responded to Walmart, 2915 W. Market St., in reference to a shoplifting incident. Ms. Steppe-Good had been observed concealing merchandise in her purse. She then proceeded to the self-checkout where she placed merchandise in bags without scanning them. Investigation also revealed Ms. Steppe-Good had previously been trespassed from Walmart locations.
Ms. Steppe-Good was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center where she is being held in lieu of a $2,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 06/10/2020 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
