On 6/7/20, officers of the Johnson City Police Dept. arrested Kaylee Stout (27 year old Kaylee, 649 Poga Rd. Butler, TN). Kaylee Stout was charged with Identity Theft and Driving on a Suspended License.
Officers responded to E Market St near City Garage Rd to investigate a hit and run crash. Later in the shift, the hit and run vehicle was located and a traffic stop was conducted. The driver provided a TN driver’s license that doesn’t belong to her and falsely represented herself as that person. At the conclusion of the investigation, her true identity was discovered.
Kaylee Stout is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $15,500 bond. An initial court appearance for Ms. Stout in Washington County General Sessions Court has been scheduled for 06/08/2020 at 10:30 a.m.
