On 05/18/20, at 10:54 a.m., officers of Johnson City Police Department arrested Darryl C. Walcott, 54, 9186 Wagner Rd, Bristol, VA 24202 and charged him with False Reporting, Driving on a Revoked License, and Due Care
The arrest stems from an investigation of a motor vehicle crash, where Mr. Walcott rear-ended another vehicle. He identified himself to police by using the name and birthday of a friend. When officers confronted Mr. Walcott about this he admitted to using his friend’s information due to him having a revoked drivers license.
Mr. Walcott was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held on a $5,000 bond. An arraignment is set for 05/19/20, in Washington County General Sessions Court.
