On 11/24/19 at 2:04 a.m. officers of the Johnson City Police Department responded to a domestic disturbance at 2823 McKinley Rd. During the course of the investigation it was found that Donna Alvarado, 29 years old, 2823 McKinley Rd, Johnson City, TN had an active warrant out of Scott County Virginia. Ms. Alvarado was transported to the Washington County Detention Center, charged with one count of Fugitive from Justice. Ms. Alvarado is being held with no bond and is scheduled for arraignment on Monday 11/25/2019 at 1:30 p.m.
