On 11/02/2019, at approximately 7:25 p.m., officers of the Johnson City Police Department were called to the Johnson City Medical Center Hospital on a report of a male who had come to the emergency room for treatment of a gunshot wound to the shoulder. Investigation revealed that the male victim had been involved in an altercation with a person known to him at 2717 South Roan Street, Lot 29, Johnson City, Tennessee. The male victim was treated for his injuries and was reported to be in stable condition. The investigation into this incident is continuing.
