On 10/24/2019, at approximately 1:42 a.m., officers of the Johnson City Police Department responded to a report of an auto burglary in progress at The Villas at Boone Ridge, 133 Boone Ridge Dr. Officers met with Trevor Lowe (31 yrs old, 133 Boone Ridge Dr. #131), who advised he had walked outside to smoke and found a white female he did not know inside of his vehicle.
The investigation revealed that Mr. Lowe had picked up the female in downtown Johnson City earlier in the night. The female reported she had requested a ride to a gas station, but Mr. Lowe had solicited sexual services from her and touched her inappropriately.
Mr. Lowe is charged with Sexual Battery, Solicitation of Prostitution, and Filing a False Report. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $5,000 bond. He is scheduled for arraignment in General Sessions Court on 10/25/19 at 10:00 a.m.
