On 10/19/19, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Ralph E Wishon (571 Bunker Hill Rd, Bluff City, TN, 47 years old) charging him with two counts of Theft of Property Over $2,500.
On 09/26/19, the victim reported two hydraulic vehicle lifts were stolen from his building, located at 4120 Bristol Hwy. He said that he was leasing the building to Ralph Wishon. Ralph Wishon was using the building for a car lot named Wishon Auto. The victim said that when he leased the building to Wishon he had two hydraulic lifts in the building. The victim said that he went to the property and noticed that his hydraulic lifts were missing. The investigation revealed that Wishon sold the lifts to two different individuals.
Ralph E Wishon was transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $20,000 bond. Arraignment was set for 1:30 p.m. on 10/21/19 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
