On 09/25/19 officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Christopher Elliott (General Delivery, 35 years old) and charged him with motor vehicle theft over $1000.
On 09/21/19 at approximately 1:38 a.m., the victim pulled into the service station at 1908 E Unaka Ave and parked his vehicle at the gas pump. The victim exited the vehicle and walked into the store. At that point the suspect walked over to the victim’s vehicle got in on the driver side and left. The suspect was identified as Christopher Elliott. A warrant for the Elliott’s arrest was obtained.
Officers located Mr. Elliott and placed him under arrest. He was transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $1,500 bond. Arraignment is set for 9:30 am on 09/26/19 in Washington County General Sessions Courts.
