On 09/18/19, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Julien Fitzgerald (2203 McKinley Rd Johnson City, 19 years old) and one juvenile male. The adult was charged with Aggravated Robbery and Contributing To The Delinquency Of A Minor. The juvenile was charged with Aggravated Robbery.
The arrest is due to an incident which occurred on 9/18/2019 on Broadway St near the Haven of Mercy thrift store. During the incident three males assaulted and stole a pair of Nike Jordan Shoes and a LG cellphone from a juvenile victim. Responding Officers located two suspects nearby. One suspect was identified as Julien Fitzgerald and the other is a juvenile defendant. The stolen property was recovered. Julien Fitzgerald is being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a total bond of $26,000.00 He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on 9/19/2019 at 1:30pm. The juvenile defendant was issued a felony juvenile citation and release to his guardian.
