On 8/29/19, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Joey Lohse (405 Whitney St., 25 years old) and charged him with possession of a stolen automobile.
On 8/29/19, at approximately 12:40 a.m., officers observed a green Chevrolet Caviler that was reported stolen from Carter County on 8/27/19. Officers made contact with the vehicle and identified the driver as Lohse.
On 8/29/19, Lohse was transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 8/29/19 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
