On 7/12/19 officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Jason Q Browning (52 Charleston Sq) 19 years old and charged him with Domestic Aggravated Assault.
On 7/10/19 at approximately 7:03 P.M. officers responded to an apartment on Lakewood Dr. The victim advised that Mr. Browning, her boyfriend had assaulted her at 25 Charleston Sq. before she fled to this location to call police. The victim had bruising on her neck, face, and leg. She was evaluated by EMS and subsequently released.
On 7/12/19 at approximately 12:09 P.M. Police located Mr. Browning at Burger King (1910 S. Roan St). He was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 P.M. on 7/15/19 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
