On 07/14/19, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Krystal Davis (186 Charlie Carson Rd, Jonesborough, 35 years old) and charged her with evading, driving on a revoked license multiple, failure to maintain financial responsibility, and violation of the light law.
At approximately 09:50 p.m., Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle driving on W. State of Franklin Rd. with a headlight not functioning. The driver of the vehicle did not stop and proceeded on W. State of Franklin Rd. at a high rate of speed before crashing into the deck of 300 Buffalo St. The driver was identified as Davis. She was transported to the Johnson City Medical Center to be treated for minor injuries which occurred during the crash. Ms. Davis was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where she is being held in lieu of a $12,000 bond.
Arraignment is set for 1:30p.m. on 07/15/19 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
