On 07/05/2019, officers of the Johnson City Police Dept arrested 35 year old Nina Davis of 190 Pecan Wood Dr. Jonesborough, TN on charges of identity theft, possession of Methamphetamine for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license 3rd.
Her charges came after she was found operating a vehicle that she had failed to return to its owner. During the investigation Ms. Davis produced a Tennessee driver’s license belonging to someone else and claimed to be that person. Ms. Davis was also found to be in possession of Methamphetamine in an amount for resale and drug paraphernalia. A computer check showed Ms. Davis was also operating the vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. She is set to appear in the Washington County Session Court on 07/05/2019 and is being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $22,000 bond.
