On 07/01/19, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Nathan M Hicks (1319 Bell Ridge Rd Johnson City, TN, 37601, 44 years old) and charged him with Habitual Motor Offender, Felony Evading Arrest, and Failure to Yield.
The arrest is due to an incident which occurred on 6/21/12019. During the incident the defendant was driving a Silver Dodge Ram. A traffic stop was attempted on the defendant due to failing to yield. The defendant did not stop and fled in the Dodge Ram. During a subsequent investigation it was discovered that the defendant had an outstanding warrant out of Carter County and has a Revoked Driver License due to being a Habitual Motor Offender.
The defendant is being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a total bond of $7,500.00 He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on 7/02/2019 at 1:30pm.
