On 6/27/19, at approximately 8:40 p.m., the Johnson City Police Department arrested Virginia Wheat (General Delivery, 41 years old) and charged her with identity theft.
On 10/05/18, the Johnson City Police Department responded to a report of a credit card fraud that occurred after the victim’s wallet was stolen. The credit card fraud occurred at 607 N Roan St. in Johnson City.
Virginia Wheat was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where she is being held on a $4,000 bond. Mrs. Roark’s arraignment was on June 28th, 2019, at 1:30 p.m., at Washington County General Sessions Court.
