On March 17th 2018 at 9:30am, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested, Michael Dale Vaughan, 59 years old of 210 W Watauga Ave, Johnson City, TN and charged him with Aggravated Assault (Domestic). The arrest stems from Officers being dispatched to investigate a domestic disturbance at 210 W Watauga Ave. Mr. Vaughan’s wife alleged that Mr. Vaughan choked her during an altercation. After the investigation, Mr. Vaughan was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center where is currently being held on a $5,000 bond. Mr. Vaughan’s Arraignment has been set for March 19th 2018 at 1:30pm in General Sessions court.
