On 1/15/18, officers with the Johnson City Police Department arrested Michelle E. Cross (184 Happy Valley Rd., 30 years old) and charged her with theft over $1,000 (Motor Vehicle.).
On 11/16/17, officers spoke to a victim who reported her 2011 Honda Pilot had been stolen. The victim was able to provide the suspect’s first name of “Michelle.” On 11/30/17, the stolen vehicle was stopped by local authorities in Camden County, GA. Driver, Michelle Cross, was arrested in possession of the stolen SUV and was identified by the victim as the person that took her vehicle.
On 1/15/18, Michelle Cross was transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where she is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. The next scheduled appearance will be at 9:00 a.m. on 1/24/18 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
