On Saturday, 1/6/2018, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Nolan Davis (31 years old, of 2 Dogwood Ave., in Johnson City) and charged him with felony Possession of Stolen Property (over $1,000) as well as misdemeanor Possession of Stolen Property.
At approximately 2:30 p.m., officers located a parked vehicle displaying a license plate that was stolen out of Johnson City. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle itself had been stolen out of Kentucky. Officers were able to locate Mr. Davis at a nearby residence, and found him in possession of the key to the vehicle.
Mr. Davis was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he was held on a cumulative $6,000 bond. Arraignment was set for 1:30 p.m. on 1/8/2018 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
