On Friday, 1/5/18, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Bryan K. Parlier (42 years old, 112 Hidden Oaks Dr., JC) and charged him with Driving on a Revoked License and being a Habitual Motor Offender.
At approximately 10:30 a.m., officers responded on a crash at the intersection of Milligan Hwy. and Swadley Rd. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Mr. Parlier who had been involved in the crash. During the investigation, it was discovered that Parlier’s license was revoked for Driving under the Influence, and he was also classified as a Habitual Motor Vehicle Offender.
Mr. Parlier was placed under arrest for Driving on a Revoked License and being a Habitual Motor Vehicle Offender. He was transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $6,000 bond. His arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 1/8/18 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
