On December 1, 2017, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Henry Newton Laughman, 3406 W Market St, 37 years old and charged him with Fugitive from Justice.
At approximately 1:37 a.m. officers were dispatched to 3406 W Market St, Park N Stay, on a disturbance call. Officers made contact with Mr. Laughman during their investigation and discovered he had a warrant out of Gettysburg PA for shoplifting with extradition.
Mr. Laughman was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held without bond. Mr. Laughman is due to appear in Washington County Sessions Court for arraignment on December 1, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.
