On 11/29/2017, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested John Weaver, 24 years old, 256 Liberty Church Rd, Gray, on charges of possession of schedule VI narcotics for resale, simple possession of methamphetamine, simple possession of schedule II and III narcotics, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 11/29/2017 at approximately 11:45 PM, officers were investigating a suspicious vehicle parked at Walmart, 3111 Browns Mill Rd. During the investigation, officers searched the vehicle and located marijuana and other narcotics and drug paraphernalia. The driver of the vehicle, John Weaver, admitted to possessing these items and was subsequently arrested.
Mr. Weaver was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held on a $10,000 bond. His arraignment is scheduled for 11/30/2017 at 1:30 PM in Washington County Sessions Court.
