On Wednesday, November 29th, 2017, at approximately 9:30 PM, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Alexander Cline, age 25, 317 Kings Road, Piney Flats, TN, for Aggravated Burglary and Misdemeanor Vandalism. On 11/29/2017 at 2:32 AM, officers responded to a burglary in progress at 314 University Parkway. Upon investigation, it was discovered that Mr. Cline kicked in the rear door to his uncle’s house, entered the residence, and took a cell phone belonging to the victim. Mr. Cline is being held at the Washington County Detention Center with a $21,000 bond. An initial appearance date is scheduled for Washington County General Sessions Court on 11/30/2017 at 1:30pm.
