On 11/22/17, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Brian Carter, AKA “Bang” (43 years old, 210 E Fairview Avenue), and charged him with three counts of selling schedule II drugs and violation of the drug free school zone law.
The arrest stems from an investigation into the distribution of crack cocaine. As part of this investigation, an individual working on behalf of law enforcement purchased crack cocaine from Mr. Carter on three occasions. These purchases occurred during the months of August and September of this year.
Carter was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he was being held in lieu of a $30,000 bond. He is scheduled for arraignment on 11/27/17 at 9:00 A.M. in Washington County General Sessions Court.
