On 09/14/2013, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Adonis William Wingo, a 34 year-old male, of 304 Buffalo Rd Bluff City, TN. After responding to what was described as a hit and run vehicle crash, officers made contact with the victim; it was determined her vehicle had been vandalized by her ex-boyfriend Adonis Wingo. He had used another vehicle along with other means to extensively damage the victim’s vehicle. The estimated value of the damage is $5,000. Adonis Wingo was charged with Vandalism-Over $500 and was transported to the Washington County Detention Center. The arraignment is set for 09/16/2013 at 1:45 pm with bond set in the amount of $10,000.
