On Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at approx 5:09 pm., officers of the Johnson City Police Department responded to 813 Pardee St. in reference to a disturbance and a felony theft investigation. During the course of the investigation, a juvenile suspect was located near the theft location. As officers were speaking with him, he became combative and disorderly towards the officers. He was placed under arrest and charged with disorderly conduct and theft of property over $500. The juvenile was transported to JCDC where he is currently being held pending a detention hearing in Johnson City Juvenile Court.
