On 9/9/13, officers with the Johnson City Police Department arrested Kirk A. Trent (General Delivery, 44 years old) and charged him with Auto Burglary (12 Counts), Theft over $1,000 (5 cts), Theft over $500 (4 cts) and Theft under $500 (3cts).
Between November 2012 and December 2012, investigators with the Johnson City Police Department conducted investigations on multiple auto burglaries that had occurred within Johnson City. On 12/28/12, the defendant was arrested. Searches of his apartment and vehicles revealed several items which had been reported stolen from the auto burglaries.
On 9/9/13, he was located at the Washington Co. Detention Center where the warrants were served. He was held on an $162,000 bond. Arraignment was set for 1:30 pm on 9/10/13 in Washington Co. General Sessions Court.
