On Wednesday, June 14, 2017, officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle suspected to be involved in multiple vandalism incidents across the city. During the course of the investigation, contact was made with the passenger, Alfred Dolo, 800 Briarcliff Rd, Johnson City, 20 years of age. He was found to have approximately 16.8 grams of cocaine and 7.4 grams of marijuana along with brass knuckles and a digital scale. Mr. Dolo was arrested and charged with one count of simple possession, unlawful drug paraphernalia, possessing a prohibited weapon and possession of schedule II with intent to distribute. It was determined that Mr. Dolo was not involved in the vandalism incidents. Mr. Dolo was taken to the Washington County Detention Center where he is currently being held on a $12,000 bond and is scheduled for arraignment on Thursday, June 15, 2017, at 1:30 p.m.
