On Monday, March 13, 2017 officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Christopher Saults, 34 years old, 200 Miller Rd Jonesborough TN, and charged him with Theft over $1,000.
On Monday, March 13, 2017 officers responded to 2819 Emory Ln Apt 2, in reference to a vehicle theft. The victim advised officers that Christopher Saults and been at her residence and stole the keys to her vehicle off the counter and then left in the vehicle. Later in the night officers located the vehicle at 1909 Cherokee Rd and made contact with Mr. Saults as he was going to get in the vehicle. Mr. Saults was placed under arrest at that time and transported to the Washington County Detention Center.
Mr. Saults was arraigned in Washington County Sessions Court on March 13, 2017 at 1:30 PM after being held on a $5,000 bond.
