On 02/26/2017, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Ryan D. Presnell, 102 Poplar Hill Extension, Johnson City, Tennessee, 32 years old, and charged him with three counts of Felony Vandalism and eight counts of Misdemeanor Vandalism.
From approximately 10:50 am to 11:15 am on 2/26/2017, Ryan Presnell was observed driving recklessly in a red Ford Expedition through the yards of several residences in Johnson City causing approximately $7,500 in damage to fences and other property. Most of the damage took place in the area of Ridgemont Road and West Lakeview Drive in Johnson City. Presnell was served with a warrant pertaining to these charges at the Washington County Detention Center where he was being held in reference to other charges which occurred on 2/26/2017. For these charges, he is being held in lieu of a $38,000 bond. His arraignment hearing for these charges is set for 1:30 p.m. on 03/01/2017 in Washington County’s General Sessions Court.
