On 2/20/17, at 2:55 a.m., the Johnson City Police Department arrested Jeremy Messer (1500 Bell Ridge Rd., apt. 19, 24 years old), charging him with aggravated robbery and aggravated kidnapping.
On 2/19/17, it was reported to police that Messer and another individual entered the victim’s residence and ordered the victim to the ground at gunpoint and demanded money. Both subjects then fled the residence. Messer was later located by police at his residence.
On 2/20/17, Messer was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 2/20/17 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
