On 02/13/17, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Lois Hairston ( 54 yrs old, 207 E. Fairview Ave) and charged her with Theft of Property (Motor Vehicles) over $1,000 and Theft from Building under $1,000. The arrest stems from an investigation where Ms Hairston was staying with the victim and took the victim’s wallet and vehicle without the victim’s consent during the night while they were sleeping. Ms. Hairston is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of an $11,000 bond. She is scheduled for Arraignment in General Sessions Court on 02/14/17 at 1:30 pm.
