On 02-04-17, at 2:02 am, officers of the Johnson City Police Department, came into contact with a Ford pickup on the Bristol Hwy, near Lake Village Ct. The driver of the truck initially gave officers the wrong name, but was later identified as Ronald J. Carroll, 50 years of age, 1717 Charles St, Kingsport, TN. Mr. Carroll’s drivers license status was found to be classified as a Habitual Motor Offender. Mr. Carroll was placed under arrest for Habitual Motor Offender and Criminal Impersonation. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $6,000 bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Washington County General Sessions Court on 02-06-2017, at 9:00 am.
