On 2/2/17, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Laura O'Donnell (1429 Stratford Rd. Apt. 7, Kingsport, TN, 55 years old) and charged her with two counts of criminal simulation.
The arrest comes as a result of an investigation where two counterfeit bills were passed at 926 W. Oakland Ave., Suite 206 on 2/2/17. O'Donnell was identified as the subject who passed the two counterfeit bills.
On 2/2/17, Laura O'Donnell was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where she is being held in lieu of a $20,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 2/3/17 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
