On 1/14/17, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Lon C Rosenbaum (137 McQueen Hollow Rd, Johnson City, TN, 43 years old) and he was charged with Felony Shoplifting. Mr. Rosenbaum is reported to have stolen $1,136.35 worth of merchandise from Walgreens at 606 N Broadway St, Johnson City, TN. Mr. Rosenbaum is being held at the Washington County Detention Center on unrelated charges, where he was served with the warrant. He has a $5,000 bail for this charge, with an arraignment set for Wednesday the 18th at 1:30 PM, in Washington County General Sessions Court.
