SUBJECT: Felony Narcotics Arrest DATE: 11/17/2016 TIME: 6:30 p.m.

On 11/16/16, Investigators of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Jasmine Freeman (age 22) 613 Colonial Heights Rd Kingsport, Tn. Officers were investigating complaints of threats with a firearm in the area of Pilgrim Court. As a result of the investigation Freeman was charged with Felony possession of Schedule I ( psychedelic mushrooms), Felony possession of Schedule VI (marijuana) and Felony possession of Schedule II (cocaine).
Freeman was placed under arrest and transported to the Carter County Detention Center. Freeman is being held in lieu of a $75,000 bond. Arraignment for Freeman is set for 1:30 p.m. on 11/18/16 in Carter County General Sessions Court.
