On 8/7/13, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Brandon E. Cassivant (25) and AlexrandraRosselot (35) (Johnson City) charging them with theft of property over $1,000.
On 9/15/12, the complainant, who works for a local business, reported that he discovered thefts from video surveillance after reviewing inventory discrepancies. The two suspects stole approximately $1,906.00 in merchandise and gift cards from the business between the dates of 5/16/12 and 9/15/12. Ultimately, Cassivant and Rosselot were identified from the video.
On 8/7/13, officers located and arrested the pair on these and other unrelated charges. They were transported to the Washington County Detention Center and are being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond, each. Arraignment is set for 9:00 a.m. on 8/8/213 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
